What We Collect

ImmunaPath collects minimal information necessary to provide our newsletter and tools:

  • Email address — when you subscribe to our newsletter or request an emailed cost estimate. This is used only to send you the content you requested.
  • Source information — which page or form you used (e.g., "landing," "eligibility-checker," "cost-calculator"). This helps us understand which content is most useful.
  • Selected cost-calculator values — only when you request an emailed estimate. These values are transmitted to generate the email and are not stored in our database.
  • Anonymous analytics — page views, button clicks, and tool usage via PostHog. This data is aggregated and cannot identify you personally.

What We Do NOT Collect

  • No health information is stored. The Eligibility Checker runs in your browser, and its health-related answers are not sent to our servers. The Cost Calculator also runs in your browser unless you request an emailed estimate, in which case your selected cost values and email address are transmitted only to generate that requested email.
  • No payment information. We do not sell products or process payments.
  • No tracking cookies for advertising. We do not run ads or sell data to advertisers.

How We Use Your Information

  • To send you the ImmunaPath newsletter (weekly research updates on personalized cancer vaccines)
  • To send you a confirmation email when you subscribe
  • To send a requested educational cost estimate email
  • To understand which pages and tools are most useful (anonymous analytics only)

We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate ImmunaPath:

  • Supabase (database) — stores legacy subscriber records securely with encryption at rest. Hosted in the US.
  • Resend (email delivery) — sends requested estimate emails and legacy confirmation emails on our behalf.
  • Beehiiv (newsletter platform) — manages newsletter delivery and subscriber lists.
  • PostHog (analytics) — collects anonymous usage data. No personal information is sent to PostHog.
  • Vercel (hosting) — serves the website. Standard web server logs may include IP addresses, which are not stored long-term.

Health Information Disclaimer

ImmunaPath is an educational resource, not a healthcare provider. We do not collect, store, or process Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA. The Eligibility Checker processes health-related answers locally in your browser. If you request a Cost Calculator email, only the selected cost values and your email address are transmitted to generate the requested estimate.

If you email us with health-related questions, we will respond with general information only and will not store your health details beyond the email exchange.

Your Rights

  • Unsubscribe — Every email includes an unsubscribe link. One click removes you from our newsletter.
  • Delete your data — Email hello@immunapath.com to request complete deletion of your data from our systems.
  • Access your data — You can request a copy of any data we hold about you.
