What We Collect

ImmunaPath collects minimal information necessary to provide our newsletter and tools:

  • Email address — when you subscribe to our newsletter or use our tools. This is stored securely and used only to send you the content you requested.
  • Source information — which page you subscribed from (e.g., "landing," "eligibility-checker," "cost-calculator"). This helps us understand which content is most useful.
  • Anonymous analytics — page views, button clicks, and tool usage via PostHog. This data is aggregated and cannot identify you personally.

What We Do NOT Collect

  • No health information is stored. When you use the Eligibility Checker or Cost Calculator, all calculations run in your browser. Your answers are not sent to our servers or any third party.
  • No payment information. We do not sell products or process payments.
  • No tracking cookies for advertising. We do not run ads or sell data to advertisers.

How We Use Your Information

  • To send you the ImmunaPath newsletter (weekly research updates on personalized cancer vaccines)
  • To send you a confirmation email when you subscribe
  • To understand which pages and tools are most useful (anonymous analytics only)

We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate ImmunaPath:

  • Supabase (database) — stores your email address securely with encryption at rest. Hosted in the US.
  • Resend (email delivery) — sends confirmation and newsletter emails on our behalf.
  • Beehiiv (newsletter platform) — manages newsletter delivery and subscriber lists.
  • PostHog (analytics) — collects anonymous usage data. No personal information is sent to PostHog.
  • Vercel (hosting) — serves the website. Standard web server logs may include IP addresses, which are not stored long-term.

Health Information Disclaimer

ImmunaPath is an educational resource, not a healthcare provider. We do not collect, store, or process Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA. The interactive tools on this site (Eligibility Checker, Cost Calculator) process all data locally in your browser — no health-related answers are transmitted to our servers.

If you email us with health-related questions, we will respond with general information only and will not store your health details beyond the email exchange.

Your Rights

  • Unsubscribe — Every email includes an unsubscribe link. One click removes you from our newsletter.
  • Delete your data — Email hello@immunapath.com to request complete deletion of your data from our systems.
  • Access your data — You can request a copy of any data we hold about you.
